Raw Milk Testing
Before Processing
Each batch of incoming milk is tested for purity, fat content, bacterial count, and freshness before it enters our facility. Only certified farm-sourced milk passes our intake threshold. Suppliers are audited regularly to maintain sourcing standards.

In-House Lab Analysis
During Processing
Three advanced in-house laboratories conduct microbiological safety screening, nutritional profiling, fat content verification, and contamination detection throughout the manufacturing process. Real-time monitoring ensures every parameter stays within specification.

Packaging Safety
Post-Production
Automated, food-grade packaging ensures contamination-free, airtight sealing on every unit. All packaging materials meet export-grade international food contact standards. Tamper-evident seals and batch traceability are standard across all product lines.

Final Verification
Pre-Shipment
Before every shipment, each lot is inspected against our internal Certificate of Analysis (COA) and all applicable international food safety benchmarks. Final COA is provided with every export consignment. No lot ships without sign-off from our QC team.
